Lanfranc Systems has a wealth of accumulated knowledge in the application of Personal Computers to business and commerce.
Our aim is to use this knowledge to the benefit of our clients, providing a friendly, sympathetic and personal service that is often hard to find in larger providers.
Most computer users, whether their use is for business or pleasure, need help to make sure that they are getting the best out of their investment in hardware and software.
Computers being what they are, things will go wrong, and it is then that help is most needed. At times like that, you need a friendly ear to bend or a comforting shoulder to cry on.
We aim to provide the necessary guidance, be that friendly ear, that comforting shoulder. We will make sure that our clients have the information and support that they need, when they need it, plus the advice born of experience that can help avoid the pitfalls.
Alan Francis (Director) has been involved in Software Development since 1979, and in PC Support since 1982. He has worked for major financial institutions in the City of London, and on projects in the USA, Germany, Spain and Italy. His first involvement in setting up email and communications systems was in 1984, and he has been an enthusiast for the Internet since its inception.
Although a specialist in system design and implementation, he displays an almost inexhaustible patience with novice and inexperienced users, and is able to express the most complicated concepts in language that is readily accessible to the layman.
