The buildings and grounds of Eversley Lodge are managed by a committee elected from the  residents and owners of apartments in Eversley Lodge.

 

All owners, whether resident or not, are shareholders in the Park View Residents Company (Hoddesdon) Ltd., and the principal officers of the management committee are also directors of the company.

 

Since June 2009, the Management Committee has comprised:
