The common areas and grounds are cleaned and maintained by professional services under contract to the Management Committee.

 

General cleaning is carried out by Simon and his team from Abacus Cleaning

 

The lawns and gardens are maintained by Michael of Eden Landscapes

 

The windows are cleaned by Russell of Elite Cleaning

 

 

If any resident or tenant has any comment or reason for complaint concerning any of the services provided, please refer the matter to a member of the Management Committee - do not approach the contractor yourself.
