The Management Committee have acquired a mobile ‘phone which should be used in future to notify the Committee of any urgent matters concerning the common areas that need attention (for example, failure of the car park gate, garage door or any problems affecting the security of the site).

 

The number to call is 07749 703668. If there is no reply, the ‘phone will record the number that you are calling from and a member of the Committee will get back to you as soon as possible. Please make a note of this number and use it and not the personal numbers or mobiles of individual committee members in future when calling in respect of estate matters.
